Opex Personnel Limited was established in 2013, formerly known as Second Tier Support, a model set up for supporting large national recruiters on high volume fluctuating contracts. Aspire front office recruitment software includes a ‘requirements facility’ where users can easily track essential requirements e.g. work permits, visas, references, professional qualifications, training
